2008 marks a very special year for the history of our Chapter. It was 50 years ago, in 1958, that the Gym Dorm Club received its Charter as a Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon. To mark that special event, we have a very special Spring Reunion planned. Our Reunion this year will take place at the Carroll Valley Resort, outside of Gettysburg, PA., on May 30, 31, & June 1 (the weekend after Memorial Day weekend).
• 2 days of Unlimited Golf on two championship 18-hole Courses (Golf Digest ****)
• Dinner (gourmet four-course ) & Breakfast (each nights stay) Dinner time will be optional on Friday according to your schedule. Saturday evening, we will eat together as a group. The chef will select the daily dinner menu from selections on this menu (No hot dogs or hamburgers this year!):

For those of you who graduated in 1968, this is your 40th Anniversary!! Don, Pumpsey & Joe would really like to see you this year!
Due to the very limited number of rooms available, reservations and deposits are requested ASAP. I will reserve the whirlpool King rooms (3) for couples first. I would like to reserve all of the rooms before the end of January.
RESERVATIONS - This year I will not be collecting money (thank goodness!). The resort is sending me a reservation room assignment sheet which requires a credit card # to charge a $100 deposit (pp). The deposit will be refundable up to 30 days before our event. The balance will be charged to your account at checkout. I will need your credit card # and expiration date. There are two ways that you can get this to me quickly and securely:
1. Send two emails to Doug Jovan at eduguy@comcast.net The first will include the type of card and the first 8 numbers of the account. The second email will include the last 8 numbers & the expiration date. Please indicate, if applicable, the 2 days of golf you would prefer: Friday, Saturday (10 am) or Sunday (9am). For multiple rounds on Sat. or Sun., an earlier tee time can be requested.
2. Send an email to Doug Jovan at eduguy@comcast.net with your phone # and best time to call for your credit card info.
